One Road Property Solutions Inc. ("we," "us," "our") provides property & community management services, including an automated resident concierge that lets residents report maintenance issues and community concerns by phone, text message (SMS), and web chat, and that notifies on-site staff and on-call maintenance technicians.
Information we collect
- Resident name and apartment/unit number.
- A callback phone number or email, if the resident provides one.
- The content of the report or request the resident makes.
- For maintenance staff: the mobile number used to receive operational dispatch alerts.
How we use information
We use this information solely to triage, route, and respond to maintenance requests and community concerns — notifying the appropriate on-site office and on-call technicians — and to maintain a record for the property-management team.
SMS / text messaging
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to operate the concierge and dispatch service.
Message frequency varies based on the volume of resident reports and dispatches. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages, or HELP for assistance.
How information is shared
Information is shared only with the resident's property-management / leasing team and maintenance staff for the purpose of resolving the reported issue, and with service providers (such as our telephony and email vendors) strictly to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We retain reports and related records for as long as needed for property-management and operational purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
