The service
One Road Property Solutions Inc. provides property & community management services, including an automated resident concierge that lets apartment-community residents report maintenance issues and community concerns by phone, text message (SMS), and web chat. It triages each report and notifies the appropriate on-site office and on-call maintenance technicians. It is a triage-and-dispatch tool and is not a substitute for 911 or emergency services; for any life-threatening emergency, call 911.
Text messaging terms
- By texting our number or providing your mobile number, you consent to receive operational and transactional text messages related to your maintenance request or community report.
- Message frequency varies based on the reports and dispatches you are involved in.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help.
- We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please use the service to report genuine maintenance and community matters for your community. Do not submit false reports or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to route reports promptly, we do not guarantee any specific response time and are not liable for delays outside our control.
